Andy brings a lifelong background in homebuilding and a practical, hands-on approach to every project. From early days on job sites working alongside his father to leading custom builds today, his focus has always been the same—pay attention to the details, communicate clearly, and build homes that stand the test of time.
Andy began as a carpenter and framing homes, then moved into project management for residential construction.
He has extensive experience with custom builds as well as larger developments.

Our team includes a dedicated design professional who works closely with clients to ensure every home is thoughtfully tailored to their lifestyle, preferences, and property. From early concepts through detailed selections, design is an integral part of every project.
As a small, local builder, we intentionally take on a limited number of homes each year. This allows our clients to work directly with our team throughout the entire process and receive a level of attention that larger builders simply can’t offer.
